ألو مصر مساحة للمحادثة الصوتية مع ميا، رفيقة بالذكاء الاصطناعي. تقدر تفضفض عن يومك، تتكلم عن اللي شاغل بالك، أو تاخد وقت ترتّب فيه أفكارك، بالمصري أو بالإنجليزي.
Allo Masr is a space for voice conversations with Mia, an AI companion. Talk about your day, share what is on your mind, or take a moment to sort through your thoughts, in Egyptian Arabic or English.

How do I start?
افتح ألو مصر وسجّل بحساب Google. تقدر تختار موضوع زي «محتاج أتكلم» أو «حاسس إني مضغوط»، وتكتب ملاحظة اختيارية قبل ما تبدأ. اختار تفضيل الخصوصية، وبعدها اضغط «يلا نتكلم» واسمح باستخدام الميكروفون. مش محتاج تفتح الكاميرا.
Open Allo Masr and sign in with Google. Choose a suggestion such as “I need to talk” or “I’m feeling overwhelmed”, or add an optional note. Choose your data preference, then select Start conversation and allow microphone access. No camera is required.

عن يوم صعب، ضغط الشغل، إحساس بالوحدة، حاجة مضايقاك في علاقة، أو أفكار محتاج ترتّبها. مش لازم تحضّر كلامك؛ تقدر تبدأ بكلمتين وتختار بنفسك قد إيه تحكي.
A difficult day, work stress, loneliness, something on your mind about a relationship, or thoughts you want to organise. You do not need to prepare a script. Start with a few words and choose how much you share.

Is Allo a person or a therapy service?
ميا شخصية افتراضية بالذكاء الاصطناعي، مش شخص حقيقي أو معالج. ألو للكلام والدعم اليومي للبالغين ١٨ سنة وأكتر، ومش بديل عن الرعاية المتخصصة أو خدمات الطوارئ. ردود الذكاء الاصطناعي ممكن تكون غير دقيقة.
Mia is an AI character, not a real person or therapist. Allo is for everyday conversation and support for adults aged 18 and over. It does not replace professional care or emergency services. AI responses can be inaccurate.

How do the free trial and minutes work?
كل حساب ليه دقيقة مجانية واحدة، من غير كارت للتجربة. لو حابب تكمل، شوف باقات الوقت الإضافي المتاحة داخل الموقع أو التطبيق. السعر النهائي بيظهر قبل الدفع. الباقات دفعة واحدة، ومش اشتراك بيتجدد تلقائيًا.
Each account has one free minute, with no card required for the trial. To continue, view the extra-minute packs available in the website or app. The final price is shown before payment. Packs are one-time purchases, not automatically renewing subscriptions.

Who chooses whether conversations are saved?
إنت بتختار قبل البداية: «ساعدنا نحسّن ألو» لحفظ النص والصوت لو متاح لمدة ٦ شهور، أو «إحصائيات الاستخدام بس» من غير حفظ محتوى المحادثة أو ذاكرة. الصوت بيتعالج في الحالتين عشان الخدمة تشتغل. اقرأ تفاصيل الخصوصية واختياراتك.
You choose before starting: Help improve Allo permits six-month storage of transcripts and audio where available, or Usage analytics only saves no conversation content or memory. Voice is processed in either mode to provide the service. Read the privacy policy and your choices.
