Eng.kareem.hesham@hotmail.com

Or send an email request

If you are not using the app or cannot sign in, email us from the address linked to your account at:

Eng.kareem.hesham@hotmail.com

State that you are requesting deletion of your Allo Masr account and associated data. Opening or sending an email does not automatically delete your account or confirm that deletion has been completed. You do not need to install the app to send this request.

If the button does not open an email app, copy the address and use your preferred email service.

What to include

1. Send your request from the email address you use for Allo Masr.
2. Use “Allo Masr account deletion request” as the subject.
3. Explain whether you are requesting deletion of your account and associated data, deletion of specific recordings or remembered context, or a copy of your data.
4. Ask support to clarify which data can be deleted and any records that must be retained, including their retention period.

You do not need to send your password or attach conversation details to explain the type of request.

Current retention periods

Session duration and approximate city or region are kept for six months. If you choose Help improve Allo, transcripts and audio, where available, are also kept for six months. Usage analytics only sessions save no transcript, audio recording or new memory, and use no previous memory.

Protected recovery backups may retain deleted or expired records for up to seven additional days. Payment records may need to be retained where legally required.

With Help improve Allo and your memory consent, Allo may remember brief context of up to 10 details linked to your account to help you pick up later. Memory is selective, not a word-for-word copy or a guarantee that every detail will be remembered. It expires automatically after 90 days of inactivity.

For memory-enabled sessions, a temporary transcript copy is processed by the service provider to extract context. That copy is scheduled for deletion about 25 minutes after the session starts; technical failures may delay deletion. This is separate from Allo’s original transcripts and recordings, which are retained for six months with your consent.

Changing your privacy choice applies to new sessions; it does not automatically erase previously stored data or memory.

If you submit a response report, your description, session reference, account email and any excerpt you explicitly choose to share are kept for six months for review. The complete conversation or audio is not automatically attached. Account deletion requests remain available for review until handled.

These are the retention periods described in the privacy information, not a promised completion time for a deletion request. Sending a request about Allo Masr does not delete your Google account.
