حسابك واستخدامك

تقدر تدخل بحساب Google، أو بالبريد وكلمة السر لو فريق ألو عمل لك حساب. بنحفظ اسمك وبريدك ونسخة محمية من كلمة السر للحسابات دي؛ كلمة السر الأصلية مش بتتخزّن. حسابات Google وحسابات كلمة السر منفصلة. وبنحتفظ برصيد الدقايق وبيانات الاستخدام والدفع عشان ندير حسابك ومشترياتك.

بنحتفظ لمدة ٦ شهور بمدة الجلسات والمدينة أو المنطقة التقريبية من عنوان الإنترنت. الموقع التقريبي ممكن يكون غير دقيق، ومش بنطلب موقع GPS.

اختيار حفظ المحادثة

لو اخترت «ساعدنا نحسّن ألو»، بنحفظ كمان نص المحادثة وتسجيل الصوت، لو متاح، لمدة ٦ شهور لمراجعة الجودة وتحسين الخدمة. الأشخاص المصرّح ليهم من فريق ألو بس يقدروا يوصلوا للبيانات دي. لو اخترت «إحصائيات الاستخدام بس»، الجلسات دي مش بتحفظ نص المحادثة أو الصوت أو ذاكرة جديدة، ومش بتستخدم ذاكرة سابقة.

مع اختيار «ساعدنا نحسّن ألو» وموافقتك على الذاكرة، ألو ممكن تفتكر سياق مختصر لحد ١٠ تفاصيل مرتبطة بحسابك عشان تساعدك تكمّل بعدين. دي ذاكرة انتقائية، مش نسخة كلمة بكلمة، ومش ضمان إنها تفتكر كل حاجة. الذاكرة بتنتهي تلقائيًا بعد ٩٠ يوم من عدم النشاط.

لجلسات الذاكرة، نسخة مؤقتة من النص بتتستخدم عند مزوّد الخدمة لاستخلاص السياق. بيتم جدولة حذف النسخة دي بعد حوالي ٢٥ دقيقة من بداية الجلسة؛ لو حصل عطل تقني، الحذف ممكن يتأخر. ده منفصل عن نصوص وتسجيلات ألو الأصلية اللي بتتحفظ ٦ شهور بموافقتك.

نسخ الاستعادة الاحتياطية المحمية ممكن تحتفظ بالسجلات اللي اتحذفت أو مدة حفظها خلصت لمدة تصل لـ٧ أيام إضافية.

معالجة الصوت والرسائل

في الحالتين، صوتك ورسائلك وأي ملاحظة بتكتبها بتتوصل لمزوّدي الصوت والأفاتار والذكاء الاصطناعي عشان يردّوا عليك. ألو مش بتطلب تفتح الكاميرا. تغيير اختيارك بيطبّق على الجلسات الجديدة؛ مش بيحذف البيانات أو الذاكرة القديمة تلقائيًا. اختيار «إحصائيات الاستخدام بس» يخلي الجلسات الجاية من غير استخدام ذاكرة سابقة أو حفظ ذاكرة جديدة.

خلّص الجلسة الحالية الأول عشان تغيّر الاختيار للجلسات الجاية. هتلاقي «غيّر اختيار حفظ البيانات» في تفاصيل الخصوصية بعد تسجيل دخولك.

الدفع وتفضيلات الجهاز

الدفع بيتم على صفحة دفع آمنة. بيانات كارتك مش بتتخزّن على الموقع. بنستخدم ملف تعريف ارتباط لتسجيل الدخول، وبنحفظ اختيار اللغة على جهازك.

لو بلّغت عن رد

تقدر تبلغ عن رد من جوّه الجلسة. لما تبعت البلاغ، بنحفظ وصفك للمشكلة ومرجع الجلسة وبريد حسابك للمراجعة، لمدة ٦ شهور. أي مقتطف من الرد بيتحفظ بس لو اخترت تشاركه بوضوح؛ مش بنرفق المحادثة كاملة أو تسجيل الصوت تلقائيًا.

ده اختيار منفصل عن حفظ الجلسات: لو اخترت «إحصائيات الاستخدام بس» وبعت بلاغ، بنحفظ المعلومات اللي اخترت تبعتها في البلاغ فقط. الأشخاص المصرّح ليهم من فريق ألو يقدروا يراجعوه.

Your account and usage

You can sign in with Google or an email-and-password account issued by the Allo team. We store your name and email and, for password accounts, a protected password hash rather than the original password. Google and password accounts are separate. We store your minute balance and usage and payment records to manage your account and purchases.

We keep session duration and approximate city or region derived from your internet address for six months. This estimate can be inaccurate; we do not request GPS location.

Your conversation storage choice

If you choose Help improve Allo, we also store the transcript and audio, where available, for six months for quality review and service improvement. Only authorized Allo staff can access these records. Usage analytics only sessions save no transcript, audio recording or new memory, and do not use previous memory.

With Help improve Allo and your memory consent, Allo may remember brief context of up to 10 details linked to your account to help you pick up later. Memory is selective, not a word-for-word copy or a guarantee that every detail will be remembered. It expires automatically after 90 days of inactivity.

For memory-enabled sessions, a temporary transcript copy is processed by the service provider to extract context. That copy is scheduled for deletion about 25 minutes after the session starts; technical failures may delay deletion. This is separate from Allo’s original transcripts and recordings, which are retained for six months with your consent.

Protected recovery backups may retain deleted or expired records for up to seven additional days.

Voice and message processing

With either choice, your voice, messages, and optional note are sent to the voice, avatar, and AI providers to generate replies. Allo does not request camera access. Changing your choice applies to new sessions and does not automatically erase previously stored data or memory. Choosing Usage analytics only makes future sessions use no previous memory and save no new memory.

End the current session before changing your preference for future sessions. You can find Change data preference in the privacy details after signing in.

Payments and device preferences

Payments take place on a secure checkout page. Your card details are not stored by this website. We use a sign-in cookie and save your language preference on this device.

If you report a response

You can report a response from within a session. When you submit a report, we keep your description, session reference and account email for review for six months. An excerpt is saved only if you explicitly choose to share it; we do not automatically attach the full conversation or audio recording.

This is separate from session storage: if you choose Usage analytics only and submit a report, we store only the information you chose to send in that report. Authorized Allo staff can review it.
